Term Time
Please complete our registration form and e-mail back to us to book your child with us. Places are booked in on a first come, first served basis. Once we receive your forms, we will confirm availability and ask for a 2 weeks deposit, which is returned to you when your child leaves Superkids.
Parents receive an itemised invoice in advance of each month and payment is due by the 1st of each month. Payment is due in advance and not arrears of the service.

Holiday Club
How do I book in my child?
Superkids require parents to complete a user form on the website. When pressing the 'booking' button below, you will be taken to our booking page on this website. Please read the information and complete the user form. Note: 90% of the fields are mandatory.
Confirmation
Once your form is received, we will confirm your booking, amount payable and e-mail our holiday guide within 2 working days. We recommend parents pay once you receive confirmation so you are not charged the higher rate of £32 per day. If you have not received confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us as this may mean that you are not booked in.
Payments
Superkids do not accept cash payments. During half term holiday clubs, we require full payment in advance as stated in our terms and conditions. Click here for [button that links to payment page]
Cancellations?
Once your booking is confirmed via e-mail, our cancellation policy will apply. We accept cancellations up to Saturday before the holiday commences. After this date and when Playscheme commences, cancellation due to absence or sickness cannot be refunded. Fees, including admission charges for pre-booked activities will also remain payable.
Please note: in cases of unforeseen circumstances, activities may be changed or postponed without notice e.g. inclement weather.
